Our new Security Operations Centre (aptly named SOCLAB) has been launched officially on the 11th April 2018, in the presence of distinguished guests, with speakers from a wide range of the IT industry, academia and the Scottish Government.

The SOCLAB aims to bridge the gap between theoretical cybersecurity education and practical application, by means of scenario-based training.

The facility consists of the SOC itself, a training room with 16 workstations and state-of-the-art presentation equipment. It has been in use for training since its launch and it has been praised for the quality of infrastructure and training our facilities are offering.

Satisnet has been part of the development of the SOCLAB since its inception. The company will provide the tools and know how to train 21st century cyber defenders. Some of the tools and training they will be providing will be around QRadar and CyberKombat.
